Default Alcantara Seats

The bobbling on my front seats is getting a little out of control now and i need to get rid of it. I have tried shaving them with a mach 3 but if anything it has gone worse. I am going to try a clothes shaver but failing this is there anything else i can do to get rid of the bobbling as new covers are a tad expensive?
I have been on alcantara's website which is a waste of time because it tells you how to clean it and thats all really.

I bought a wee clothes shaver as mine where quite bad, and spent two hous going nice and slow in various directions, no problems, and wolla, like new, id say 90% better.

What I used, plus saved me the risk of cutting things with a proper razor.
