Default Possible future rust area

This a picture of the inner wing of the ZT I am breaking. It is 2001 car which did not suffer from rust anywhere but when I removed the wing I noticed this on the spot welds. I am not sure if other member's have posted about it so thought I would send this out there.

The rust is only surface where the welds are and is no great problem as it is now but I can see this area being a problem in years to come so I thought I would share it with fellow enthusiasts.

A good wax in the area should keep it at bay for many more years.

I hope it helps other members

Good heads up, however i see what appears to be a rust hole near the bottom on the right hand side of the photo.

Plus one for thinking it was a huge hole Does look like a leaf on close inspection, I suspect Jules will be able to make a guard for that.

No rust on MFL in that area, I've replaced the nearside wing and had the offside off as well and all is 100%. I have given the full area a good coat of waxoyl.
