Ah that's it !!

Anyone know where I can get a front lower arm for a friends 260?
Seem rare as hens teeth.
Different part no to 75 and now obsolete.

If your friend is a member of the two-sixties, there is info on the front arm

Suspect you mean the lower boomerang shaped one.

Simple modification ( ie drill a hole w/ recess to fit the drop-link) will adapt a standard arm.

No he's not
He's not even got internet!

The 260 in question has only done 14k miles from new and just had a new engine!!
Very strange case in that it lost water all of a sudden, and he proceeded to put 17 litres of coolant in which found it's way into the sump!

New engine sourced for £1200.
While it was on the ramp, the play in the lower arm was found which wouldn't have passed the next MOT.

Evening Les!
Yes he probably drove up the notchy rail rack and pinion track

Or another case of a ball joint that didn't get greased up at the factory.

hi Jules

You can use a standard r75 lower arm you just need to drill the hole for the drop link bar
