Are they needed for funeral expenses, Richard? Your aunt to me seems to be a person who has appreciated the need to provide for the future and hence the existence of a house in her estate. Could it be, like me, that she has an insurance policy or a funeral plan to cover the administration of her passing?
Ok, I will shaddap me face for now but these considerations will have to be dealt with by someone in all of these situations ... |

Good morning all, how is everyone? Today we are replacing the main bedroom floor. Part of the floor is made of strengthened glass which allows light to filter through the floors, but cracks have started to appear in the glass.

With the cost of going to the cinema these days building your own is probably a cheaper option! We went to see the new Terminator film a few days ago, over thirty quid!

I can imaging that it might not be unusual for a glass ceiling to reveal the odd crack or two.
