Default forte oil treatment

ive had an annoying hydraulic tappet noise on and off since ive had my car, i didn't want to take the head off so i spoke to our local rover specialist and he recommended "Forte oil flush" . i ran round over the weekend with it in and it has been quiet so far, i have changed the oil for fully synthetic and also added some Forte top end treatment too. i think it has made difference to the running of the motor ? it seems smother and also a bit livelier. its mean't to increase compression by cleaning the NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- of the rings. i hope it has sorted my rattle out ? only time will tell.

I wouldn't recommend driving it with it in? I don't think you are even supposed to rev them?
