I hope that they haven't become a casualty of the lockdown.Could just be that my cars need an update. Bit of a coincidence all 3 though.

I disconnected mine a couple of years ago after having problems connecting and after getting in touch by phone with the operator they said my unit was obsolete and I needed to upgrade to a newer version which of course was not cheap.

I had the same problem with the system in my 45 back in February but they were able to resolve it by what they described as "Lifting the bars".The most worrying thing is not to have had a reply to my email from tech support this time.So far anyway.

Just got straight through to the control centre on mine ( I have the small screen not the button ) and told that they are fully staffed and fully operational although operators are working from home and there could be signal issues at times

I use the button to talk to an operator (I don't have a screen) and the system worked fine on Wednesday this week for a trip to hospital.

Well progress of sorts. After a long ringtone of about 5 minutes I managed to get through to the control centre from the system in my coupe. They apologised for the wait.I explained the ongoing connection difficulty I'm having from the 75 and 45 and the operator has emailed customer services for me.

Rob
I noticed you called them up around 10pm when they are likely to be quieter.I'd be interested to know if you get straight through if you call during day. Thanks.
