Had a look-see at the cdti injectors with road.
Got figures. Of.

Cylinder. 1. . 0.9
Cylinder. 2.. 1.4
Cylinder 3...1.7
Cylinder .4.. 2.8


A bit all over the place..

Mine were 0.0,0.0,0.6 and 0.9 when checked last autumn

It means his injectors are in good nick, and the compensation being applied by the DDE4 is minimal to keep the engine balanced

As to Chris's figures, they indicate that cylinder four injection is below par, so a dose of neat injector cleaner, a couple of days of running, then retest

A maximum of 3.5 mm3 per stroke is acceptable

Could this be the source of my vibration when the motor is pulling hard?( sub 2000rpm ) as I replaced all the mounts and checked the exhaust.

&

the slightly hunting when running light?

PS running on Inj Cleaner at the moment . .1 bottle on 1/4 tank
