I did what you said and the car is better. Now i have to clean the EGR, i see how to get it off, but how to clean it? I read somewhere that putting it in petrol and carb cleaner afterwards will be enough, right ? Regards, Dragan |

After cleaning...
Hello to all again,
What i just did: - Cleaned EGR (very good clean with old toothbrush and brake cleaner) - Cleaned MAP sensor - Cleaned Inlet Manifold a bit What i got is that the car runs smoother, but it still misses some acceleration performance. For example: 0-100kmh is around 15.5 seconds, which is really slow, you can agree... Maybe of topic, i found small diesel residue on one of the bolts while removing the inlet manifold (take a look at the attached pic). Regards, Dragan |

Bump, anyone with the idea?
How can i test injectors in detail? And how can i test if turbocharger is good? I don’t have an idea why it is still slugish

Pull out the ECM and on the casing will be a sticker with the VIN number on it, below the VIN number is a number beginning "NNW"
If you could let us know what the NNW number is, I can determine what state of tune is likely to be installed Brian |

What i got to yesterday is that my injector balance values for one injector are between 2.8 and 3.6 (two readings at two different time points).
What else can it be? How can i check the wastegate or even exhaust back box (as i read somewhere it can cause the sluggishness )? |
