Default Lower Engine Mount

I am on a roll tonight. I have noticed a knock when taking off and also a knock from the exhaust when turning the engine off. The clutch can be a bit juddery too on lift off in first.

Lower engine mount? I have just ordered one from DMGRS - not hard to replace and half the cost of a pack of 100 ciggies, so I reasoned I might as well take the plunge.
