I have met Thomas & his dad a number of times - it is good to know that someone of his years is so enthusiastic about the Mg Rover brand.

Absolutely right Thomas. Follow your heart and pursue your dream. It's good to see a young lad with such passion and drive.

We had Mr Edd a member, who went to live in Florida. Have a read of his posts about the US and looking for a Left hand drive Rover 75. You could add it to your research. I wonder how Ed is getting on.

I bet you will forget all about Rovers once you get to the USA.

Jut think of all those big block Chevy and Mopar engines, proper V8 power and way more tuneable than anything Rover have made.

Whilst I admire your ambition & wouldn't want you deter you going for it, I still think it will be difficult if not impossible to take a Rover 75 over to use given the current legislation . US customs recently seem to be coming down hard on what foreign vehicles they will allow in.
I took my LR Discovery 3 over 12 years ago as a temporary import ie up to 12 month duration and that was no problem but over that was a none starter.

I don't think it will be easy to convert a RHD to LHD and that is if it is even possible

It certainly is possible, joshjoshua on here has done this conversion to a very high standard.
