Sneeze

A man got on an airplane and was sat next to a woman, as the plane moved off the woman put a tissue to her nose and sneezed, moaned out loud and shuddered violently in her seat.

As the flight went on the woman did exactly the same thing over and over again, a tissue to her nose, sneeze then moan and shudder in her seat.

The man asks "excuse me Miss but are you okay?".

"Oh yes" she replies, I have a very rare condition in that every time I sneeze I have an orgasm".

"Oh" says the man, "do you take anything for it?"

"Yes" she replies, "pepper, I keep it in this tissue".
