Default Cruise control

Hi guys can Cruise control be fitted if the car has not got it on and if so how can it be done TIA

Sure can...

You need the on / off switch, the cruise ECU, and the steering wheel switches.

All will work once plugged in except the 'Resume' function, this needs a quick recode on T4 to enable it.

Hopefully you will have the wiring already present, if not you need to retrofit the loom (Rick Sta can supply and fit the loom if required)

It is a ZT_T diesel i have looked at today but i have not made my mind up yet whether i am going to get her or not, i need to see if i can get in touch with MarinaBrian to see if he can help me with getting cruise fitted, that is if i can find all the correct bits needed

Yeah, won't be a problem if the wiring is there

Generally if the car has the wiring present for electric seats, it will have the cruise wiring in place.

If that's the case, then a cruise ECU, master switch , and steering wheel switches along with a quick ZCS coding change.....job done

Just give me a shout if you need a hand.

parts will cost about £40.
you will need to cut a bit of plastic trim under the steering wheel for the cruse buttons to fit bit. You can use the cut out for the radio controls as a pattern
