Is there any way to watch NBC legally (and easily!) in the UK

I'm not a big sports fan, not by any stretch of the imagination, but I have always enjoyed watching the Tour De France

Until last year that is, when Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwen were replaced by Ned Boulting and David Millar on the commentary zzzzzzzzz

I read that Phil was still doing commentary, with Paul Sherwen, on NBC

For me, Phil Liggett makes the event (I know many hate his voice!) so didn't watch it last year. I'd like to see it this year, but can't find any way to get NBC - short of a quick holiday in America!

Anyone got any ideas? Would it be possible to get it online perhaps?

Any ideas welcomed!
