Default Rear Vent Water Ingress on ZT-T

I started to notice signs of a trickle of water next to the O/S rear vent adjacent to the side glass. I was out in the rain yesterday and it's definitely coming through the vent leaving a nice little rivulet on the load area tonneau. Anyone any experience of this? Is there a fix?

A common problem.

I bought a replacement vent, but the fit and seal are useless. It made no difference.

Marine sealant.
