Got up this morning with the words off SWMBO,got to go shopping today.
If i told there was an earthquake in Merthyr,Tsunami in Swansea Bay and Forest fires in Brecon she would still want to go shopping. Spent the best part of an hour clearing snow and ice off car in preparation only to be told,we will go tomorrow.

Just been out to bring the bins in (neighbour puts them out), frost is disappearing but it sure as hell isn't any warmer. My hands were stinging when I got back in.

Brrr not as cold as up Rod's way, 0C here, Just had to take mam to the walk-in centre as her lip wouldn't stop bleeding (warfarin) It had been bleeding for 30 minutes non stop before she phoned me.

The moment we got there & parked up it stopped
We asked the receptionist if it was worth waiting (Currently 3hrs.45 minutes waiting time on the digital display) she said not really if it's stopped & to just make an appointment with her doctor to check warfarin levels.

Every time I turn on that flamin' Win 10 PC it decides to download & install a major update creators fall update this time, It's been over an hour and still not finished.

Oh aye - the creator's update is humongous - and doesn't give you anything that you really want anyway - unless you like playing with 3D figures.
I offered to do my mate's laptop - ended up leaving it on when I went to bed it was taking so long

Our high yesterday was -3 during the day. Last night it was -7. But, it was stunning day with no wind. Not a cloud in the sky. Took the dog for a walk down the park and it was very pleasant and beautiful to see everything white. It was a proper winters day.
