Classic car insurance for a younger driver?
I've just bought an MG midget, does anyone know of any insurance companies who would be willing to insure me as I'm a younger driver (19)?
So far I've tried A-Plan and Adrian Flux, A-Plan wouldn't quote me because I was too young and Adrian flux wanted £803, with 3000 miles a year. Cheers.

Generally all classic car insurers only insure you if you're 25 or over, as I tried before and only now managed to get my ZT insured through peter best once I turned 25.
That quote from adrian flux sounds pretty good considering you're 19. Is that on a agreed valuation policy? |

Have you tried the MG Owners Club, they sometimes have some good insurance deals.

Read internet Adrian Flux reviews before sending them any more than one pound.
Otherwise try Lancaster Insurance & Peter James Insurance. At 19 it's probably best not to ask for Classic insurance or agreed value, but a Midget's got to be worth a few quid. Good luck. |
