Talking Facelift Retrofit Factory Parking Sensors At Last!

Finally, after about 6 months from deciding to do it, a few purchases, making a wiring loom and alot of time studying the RAVE circuit diagrams. Today, I successfully retrofit original Rover/MG factory reverse parking sensors to my car. Granted, it worked out more expensive than other solutions, but I wanted them to be "Factory fit".
Got to say, I am really happy with the result. Completely factory fit, even using the IPK sounder for the "Blip".
It can be done with NO factory fit wiring!

Not at all! The total cost was around £60. But £10 of that was the QMax cutter for the holes, which will be listed in the sales section later. I also purchased 3 spare sensors.

They fit fine. In fact every Mk2 I have seen that has them fitted, has Mk1 sensor surrounds, apart from the tourer.
