Default Rear air vents

The rear air vents, i.e the ones that are in the centre console that blow air onto the rear passengers, do they only blow cold air or do they blow hot as well ?Because no matter what temp i set the air con on the always blow cold air.

Thoughts please.

Angry

Tell me about it within a week of owning the car the idler bearings in the gearbox started to break up which made a hell of a noise when changing down through the box . I had to change the gearbox and the clutch and the slave cylinder, plus while i was under the car i noticed that the exhaust heat shields were flapping about and that the drop links needed changing along with the lower arm bushes. When i bought the car it drove lovely with no noises etc.
not knowing about the trim levels ,it is a Connoisseur by the way ,i didn't realise that the Cd player was missing, (holes in the glovebox) and whilst i was removing a redundant hands free phone kit . I had removed the interior light roof console for this, a small black box was revealed which turns out is the sensor for the rain detector on the screen ,but i don't have the high line screen but the low line one. Why the right replacement screen wasn't fitted is beyond me.

Sorry to laugh, but it's just the little idiosyncrasies of 75 ownership. Some have all the wiring needed to add anything, some have nothingIt's just loads of "fun" finding out.

So it would be likely as my car is a connoisseur it will have the high line main loom and if i wanted to fit say cruise control or the rear blind all i would need are the supplementary looms and the gizmos.

So's mine, got reverse sensor wiring loom, illuminated sunvisor wiring, other various plugs & sockets i haven't identified yet!To check your trim, have a look on the passenger side door pillar, near the bottom,it will give you the colour code & trim level, then do a search on here to find out what the codes mean. It's just luck or not if you have all the stuff prewired i'm afraid
