Han's temp gauge / wiring question
I have had one of Han's temp gauges for a while and never have had the opportunity to fit it but, this is now about to be remedied.
There is a wealth of information here about location, wiring etc but, can someone please tell me the order the three wires are attached to the board. I know there is the power, earth and I- bus but, I have no idea which goes where. Thanks, Rebecca |

from memory when i fitted mine ,i took the switch live from the radio ,an earth , and the white with red stripe with orange bits every so often running along the wire .. the board has the connections marked on it for live , earth ,and the i-bus, i also mounted mine on a piece of wood and used double sided tape to fit it to the top of the radio to avoid any chance of any shorting, look on the board you will see where the wires attach ,earth in to e ,live in to l and the i-bus one goes in remaining one ..

I'll see if I can find more on this. I'll take a look on my board later today and come back with what you need. Here's a How To install the kit: http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ad.php?t=39119 EDIT: Here's the board connector. As you can see, the +12v supply is the middle terminal with Ground and I-Bus connection each side. TC Last edited by T-Cut; 16th June 2011 at 10:41.. |
