Default Clear bag with liquid in?

Does anybody have any idea what this is? When I was cleaning my 75 earlier I noticed the the front nearside arch liner hadn't been fitted properly. I pulled the arch liner out and cleaned out all the dirt that had built up behind there and noticed between the inner and outer wing there is a clear bag that is full of liquid. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Thanks for that, is it generally considered to be better to cut a hole in the bag and let the water out or just leave it?

Not an expert, but i would cut a hole & drain the water out personally.

I recently came across one when replacing the wing on my zt. If it helps mines didn't have any water in it. I would suggest squeezing the bag to see if water comes out. If it's meant to have water in there, surely it will be sealed. If there are holes and it leaks out, then I would assume that's possibly how the water got in the bag in the first place.

Could these just be an early form of desiccant bag to keep mould or condensation down?

Drain the water off, you really don't want a bag of water there

Totally agree, why have unnecessary moisture adding to a potential corrosion factor.
