Wanted: Man With A Van.
As some of you probably know, My car was involved in a minor RTA last year, resulting in me have to replace the bonnet. Since then I've been trying to find ways to remove the old ones but with no success (Rag and Bowman doesn't come around anymore, and the council won't shift them as they're classed as car parts). Now the council are telling me off for them being here, so I'm asking if there's somebody out there willing to help. I've got no right to ask, but I'm stuck in a rut here.
Thanks. David.

Can you fold the metal up to make it fit in the boot ? I’ve always taken scrap body parts to my local council recycling site and put them in the scrap metal bin with no problems.

David.
Stick them out by the front fence, you will be surprised at to how quick the scrap man will appear, someone always knows them and they give them a ring, try it for a few days and see what happens Also you could do what as been suggested bend them over and stick them in the boot with seat down take them to council tip.

Bonnets fit in the back of a tourer with no problems if you know someone with one?
