I want to do the civvy equivalent of Pcoy next year...........a lot of training to do before then

I wish I could do it, but after 3 knee ops I've been advised not to do any running. Given that my knee has given way twice in the past 2 months I suppose any thoughts of running will have to stay in my dreams.

I've been thinking about taking up lawn bowls, I've got my Grandads bowls and I don't think any running is involved!
