Hmm, I'm wondering if the thing I'm thinking of is even a car part at all, and maybe domestic - perhaps the vacuum cleaner filter.....
I certainly wasn't thinking of the xenon ballasts as I have never seen one of those before

Don't have those so no idea what they looked like, I was kinda on the right track though.
Obviously someone who works a bit closer to a part would take more notice of the little things that someone removing/installing it would. Double hard with the camera reflection making the plate look black, very sneaky sneaky. |
