Thanks for the invite Stu and a great day with great company and well turned out cars. It was chilly when it clouded over but the sun beforehand has my face and neck glowing like a toffee apple tonight.

Default Durham MG Show

Enjoyed the day in great company, but am now suffering for not wearing a hat or sun cream, if was warmer than I believed it was, and like a few of you am like a toffee Apple, and have had to use a bit of After Sun cream to keep cool

I would like to thank you all for supporting the event, and to Eric for attending and travelling a huge distance to the event

Stu

John.
Hey John,
Many thanks for your nice words; I enjoyed staying in th wig wam with many people, and having nice chats ! Yès, indeed, I consider the Owners Club as many of my best friends. I do thank also the 75 and ZT Owners Club, for having contributed me the prize of Best 75, and also a special prize.
My sincerest congratulations go to you John, for having achieved the Best MG ROVER car of the show all over, contributed by the "Durham MG Club"

John, many thanks for all the nice pictures that you have put on the forum.

And words are not enough, for thanking Stu, having organised the Durham show, and also for having organised it, that all our OC members could park their 75's and ZT's in one and only row of MG Rover 75's and ZT's.

I do realise that my English language is far from perfect, but I think all of you, know what I mean, and what feelings I want to express in my "school english language".

Best regards,

Eric

Sorry I missed this one, I was sweating under my dismantled 75, trying to get the gearbox back in! It looks like it was an even better day than last year's event which I thoroughly enjoyed. It's great to see the marque and model so superbly represented with so lovingly presented to such a high standard - they really do the club proud. Anyway, the good news is, that with help and expertise from Mbev (Mike), we got the gearbox back in last night, so it should be (touch walnut) straightforward spannering from hereon.
