Window and Mirror Switch Illumination

On my friends ZT120+ the switches for the windows light up as they should, however the mirror "d-pad" doesn't.

Is there an easy fix for this?

The easiest fix is to replace the switch or you can try stripping it and solder new LEDs to the board they are smd1206

Thanks for the reply Steve.

No guarantees with a second hand switch that the same problem wouldn't be present.

Not an easy task to replace those SMDs I would guess, though I am no stranger to a soldering iron.

Any recommended sources for the SMDs or do you normally remove them from a cheap bulb/panel from eBay, etc?

Edit: Found the seller, uses pictures with modiify as the header.
