Vibration on motorway above 70...

As per title I have vibration on the front wheels while driving on the motorway at 70 or above expecially on high loads (acceleration or hill). If I put the foot on the clutch the vibration comes off immediately so can't be wheel balancing at all (but who knows?) must come from the transmission elements
The car is a manual CDTi with 195.000 kms on the clock with rear arm bushes just replaced
Someone told me that can be a driveshaft or a coupling, others the flywheel.
It's annoying and the car deserves a better ride quality
Any advise or things to check ?

Does it happen at a certain rpm? Could be crankshaft bottom pulley?

It is speed related not rpm related.....
