Default Iphone Facetime question

Do both parties in the call, have to be using / able to use Facetime?

If receiving party doesn't have internet access available, will the call still go through, like a normal mobile call?

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

FaceTime works on 4G too, if FaceTime is unavailable you’ll get a warning. There’s an option for audio calling but never used it as couldn’t see the point of it
