Well, I've bit the bullet and am now the owner of a 4 year old Honda HR-V 1.6 i-DTEC SE Navi 5dr Diesel Hatchback - try saying that in a hurry!
23,000 miles, one owner and looks, drives and smells like it just came out of the showroom new.
Loadsa clever electronics - but the one that appeals to me the most is the way that the door mirrors tilt downwards when you engage reverse gear - so you can see the white lines you're trying to park between!
I've got a 12 month Manufacturer's Warranty (as opposed to an insurance based one - experience tells me they usually end up in enormous arguments in the event of a claim.)
Pick it up on Wednesday with a full 12 months' MOT by then

The snow missed us by 12 miles. It fell on Dartmoor.

But the wether has been mixed today. It started with rain, then sun, more rain, back to the sun, even more rain and as the evening approached the sun set was gorgeous.

Going to have a wee malt this evening as would have been Val’s birthday.
