I had a look at the link but it did not give any info on what the difference was from the standard filter I fitted as the first one lasted 10 years I guess I don't have too much to be concerned about but still like to know. Strange pcv filter was not included in oil change service or major service though given the risk of blowing oil seals oh well that was rover I guess

It would seem it was forgotten in the service literature.
The original is a foam / sponge number which can get gummed up and block.
The bee one is a vortex catcher which can not.

To avoid the chane of an issue I would and have fitted the latter
