As the car is running nicely then your ECU has not been damaged.

First pic shows the bottom of the drain tube right centre just under the pipes that run across the pic. Second pic - look to the right of where the bright metal pipe in pic centre becomes rubber and you can see the drain tube base - sort of inverted pyramid shape.
