Default Interior lights please help

I have a problem with the interior lights not working also the fan on the heater . If I turn on the interior front map light it comes on dimly and stays on if I then turn on the fan the interior light goes out and nothing works . Could this be a BCU problem or EARTH problem it only affects these two items all else works , with no fan early morning driving is a nightmare please help

How odd! Have you tried resetting everything by removing battery terminal for about 30mins and reconnecting - just as a start?

Does look like an ECU/BCU problem though.
