Deactivate parking sensors.......
Hi,
Is there a way to active / deactivate the rear parking sensors at will please? When reversing the caravan to a pitch the sensors were constantly beeping away. Irritating to say the least, so would be good if when hitched up, I could deactivate the sensors, and reactivate when setting the car free again. Hope someone can help. Thanks. Tony |

From my research earlier this week using the site search, it seems -
- OEM tow package has some clever K-bus electrikery that does this automatically when the trailer socket is in use. - No easy way (eg pull a fuse) to disable - pull connectors to the box seems easiest I was looking because mine are very intermittent and I don't have the time or cash to solve at present as the engine issues are more pressing |
