Pricking your finger to draw blood was more painful than an injection. This hormone injection syringe system is weird, It has two compartments with a powder & a liquid, You have to push the syringe down so it pushes the powder into the liquid stuff & wait until it mixes & foams then inject yourself. I watched the nurse how it was done the last time I had it.

If something goes hard I ain't going near it with sandpaper

Had a yellow warning for thunderstorms . . . . what we actually have is several hours of torrential rain! I watched it coming south over the Forth, sky getting darker and darker, wind getting up, time to get the washing in, five minutes later the heavens opened.

Cool

Good morning everyone from damp sometimes sunny but mainly wet Cornwall.
Had a master craftsman carpenter in to make me a new garage access door and frame. Absolutely amazing to watch him work. Served his apprenticeship and then decided to start up on his own 3 years ago. The bonus is he only lives 500yds from me. He also built me a box to slot around my new boiler.
