Default What's going on with youtube?

Has your usual Youtube UI layout changed lately? It seems random around the world as to where this Twitch like page design is rolled out.

I don't like it at all & neither do a lot of people judging by Social media, It's awash with dislike of it.

It's reverted back to the original UI layout, I think they were testing the waters with it & social media comments told them exactly what they thought of it

It seemed random as to where it was rolled out, I asked my mate in Canada about it & he said no change for him, but his daughter had the new UI on her desktop.
