http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...postcount=4586 Can't comment on mileage as I don't really do any, but, I find them to be a very capable tyre and I have had no issues with them. |

All I have ever used are continentals, love them and swore by them until the current ones on the car, and it seems to be the fronts, started to climb the white lines and following ruts etc and very occasionally feels twitchy.
There's nowt wrong with the suspension or any of its components so I may give these a try very soon. |

I rate the Nexen 8000s as well; had them on a previous 7 series, seeing as I only do c3k miles a year, couldn't justify spending daft money etc, but wouldn't put budgets on
I had initially ordered the Kumho KU39s from Camskill, but they didn't have the front sizes in stock (staggered sizes, typical BMW) so punted on the Nexens instead... Was very surprised and very happy with them. Very smooth ride, even though it was on coilovers and great grip as well! |

Just ordered....
Just to let you chaps know that I've just ordered 4 235/40x18's N8000's Y/XL from Fumula1.
Originally I was quoted £76.50 each fitted.... I said no, and after a bit of bargaining I got the 4 for £250.00 fitted...!! (£56.00 Saving. Basically one tyre for free!).Not bad considering they are £50 each from Camskill and you still have to pay £10.00 each for fitting. So, paying the extra tenner to not have to worry about if ordered they arrive etc, it's worth the extra tenner in my mind. Plus, if you have an issue you have somewhere to go to complain..... Right? Anyway, just thought I'd let you know that F1 are willing to do a deal.

And now fitted....
Yes, I managed to talk Formula-1 to let me have them for basically the same price as if I had ordered them from Camskill which would have cost £203.60 plus I would have had to pay for fitting @ £10.00 each =£243.60.
Formula-1 agreed to let me have them for £250.00 Fitted with new Valves & Balanced. Saved having to order them in the hope that they would arrive in time. And at least if something goes array you have somewhere to go to. And the Formula-1 near me has always been very good... I'm glad I did also as one of the tyres that came off had been run-flat at some point and was going to pieces! And the Front Tyres were in the region of 7-10 years old...!!! Anyway, the car feels just so much better now - nice and planted on the road. A couple of photo's for good measure - as you do...lol. Ciao....
