yes Keith, don't worry if there's no one there when you arrive, I live just 2 mins from there, so some of the local lads might come to me first, do the same if you want , just go straight past the ind estate, continue a bit further ,and you will see the 75s and its congregated outside lol.

This is the information from MG Northumbria, so can I ask that all members attending have a read

We have had another record year with 879 entries, and 527 of these coming from clubs.

This means that space on the field is reaching capacity so it is more important than ever we get you all into position as quickly as possible before the public start to arrive. Entry time for the exhibitors is from 09:00am until 10:30am.
Those arriving late may not be able to join their club stand.

In order to try and speed up the process, we are trailing a new system for the exhibitor’s entry.

All of the exhibitors will be split into two early on arrival, with the individual entries then directed to turn left along the front of the clubhouse to their allocated space, where marshals will get them into place as quickly as possible.

Your club members should proceed straight along the back of the grandstand, through the gate and onward to a pre-allocated row. On turning left into their row, they should then turn right into their allocated space. Marshals will be in place to assist.

Each club stand has been allocated a numbered space in a specific row, for example Row A Space 1, Row B Space 3, Row D Space 4 etc. Each row and subsequent space will be clearly signposted. NB some stands will be in the main arena designated MA space 2 etc.

For this to work, it is important that your members are aware which stand they are going to in advance and once in place, park as quickly as possible.

Any cars that cannot proceed straight to their stand, have queries or who want to ask questions, will be pulled out of the entry line straight away into a holding area where they can be assisted by a dedicated marshal and only proceed back into the line when they know where to go so as not to delay the others. The more people who know where they are going the faster this process will flow. If they could print the following page out and display it on their windscreen that would help the marshals.

Finally, to get you all in, it is important that your cars are parked as close as possible to each other initially (particularly those clubs with large numbers) and only if space allows should they then spread out after all your club‘s cars are in place.

Just a reminder that we would ask you all to keep your vehicles on display for the duration of the show for the benefit of the paying public.

WE DO OUR BEST BUT NEED YOUR HELP IN ORDER TO HELP TO HELP YOU

and the list of those we have attending is shown below, so if anybody has been missed off the list below, can you let me know, and I can contact MG Northumbria and get them to add your name to the club list, that way we will get additional space for our club stand

Chris

Yeah right, I bet you have spent the last six weeks cleaning your tourer, and it is immaculate. I am going to spend a couple of hours on mine, getting a few little jobs done on it on Thu, and I will be bringing you that very little present I promised you a while back

Really looking forward to Sunday, as I really enjoy this show, has to be one of the very best shows around

See you Sunday

Stu

Default MG Northumbria

With Sunday fast approaching, can I ask which members will be meeting at the Metro centre on sunday, so that we have a list of who to expect, so that we don't leave anybody behind

Thanks

Stu
