Considering how mis-shapen and soft feeling mine has become, (oooh matron!!) I think a new one is in order, so could I be added to the list please?

The last update was that tooling was about to start being made.
I'll give them a call on Monday and see how things have progressed.

Please put Yes/NO next to your name if you would pay that much and we'll see if it's worth pursuing further, otherwise I think it may be a non starter.

Default Update: There's been a delay in tooling

I've been informed that there has been a delay in the tooling process and should get an update this week sometime that it's hopefully complete.

Were getting there hopefully not long now.

Can I be added to this list please...mine is a 2004 CDTI. No desperate need for it but it doesn't hurt to keep one in stock for when the need arises

interesting but I would never have thought it. How on earth do these hoses go porous. Isn't it the same sort of rubber used for water hoses and they dont go the same way. Does the diesel attack the rubber or something.

I suspect the hoses are Neoprene, so are not oil resistant, I do wonder why, on any of the 3 CDT's I have had that only 1 hose seems to go soft, I can only think that perhaps the proximity to the EGR valve and FBH exhaust is a factor, as neoprene if also affected by heat, this may cause cracking which lets the oil in to attack the rubber.

The top hose will also flex more as the engine moves under load and so would be more stressed than the other hose going to the intercooler.
