That will certainly refresh the parts other beers cannot reach

What about the lotus position or is getting your legs in a granny knot inadvisable.

Phew - been sitting around all day hoping that my sister would be discharged from hospital today - but it's been delayed another 24 hours. Life is now getting hectic - an oxygen machine, plus back-up, portable cylinders is being delivered tomorrow - so I need to be at her bungalow "between 8.00am and 1.00pm". She than has a pre-assessment appointment for her chemo treatment at 1.30pm - could be a tight fit for me to get to the hospital by then if the oxygen is late. We can then bring her home - but there is a disagreement as to how we do that. A nurse told us it would be easier by car, rather than having to wait for an ambulance equipped with oxygen. This only applies if the portable cylinders have been delivered in time, so that I can carry one in my car. Personally, I prefer the ambulance option. On Friday, it's back to the hospital for a minimum of 4.5 hours for her to undergo kidney function tests. We then get a break until next Wednesday before we have to take her back again for her first chemotherapy session.
I'm worn out just planning all the journeys.

Apparently it can be a life-saver should you ever fall of the back of a ship.
