Yes it is get the key cut first, then just swap the pcb and the immobiliser chip over, the only awkward bit is keeping the spring for the flip key in place while you clip it together, but even that is fairly easy

Yes I believe so, we can sort it together when we meet up to drop it off/collect etc.
