Hello Gents, me again lol

Right , as its been such a nice day ( not too hot or cold ) decided to install dvb tv...

mounted aerial in back window , routed cable round to dash , all ok.

Took a ignition live from stereo /bmw adapter , and earth from the same.

took red from dbv power connection and connected to ignition live cable
took black from dvb power connection and connected it to earth

did the same for the aerial power connections.

checked with multi meter that there is power to dvb power cable, there is ..all ok

but.
dvb box will not power up ??

do I need to connect the yellow or orange cables on the dvb power connector cable ??

haha , i bet everyone around is suffering too..
just out of interest, where is the dvb unit best placed , mine is wedged behind glovebox..but i don't feel comfortable with it there. Where have others put them...pics welcome.lol

Hi Rob,

Most people fit then in the void below the stereo.
Tucked behind the Atc unit
