Default Show us what your 75/ZT tows!!!

Ye har folks, bit of a hill billy thread but figured it might get a bit of banter going between trailers/caravan folks.

Heres mine the plate dissappeared Sunday and I cant find it, new one ebay'd.

Badly fitted canvis cover. 20bhp extra. (H)

Leaf springs and ford wheel trims, its practicially a Mustang.

Has been in our family for about 25 years now, rebuilt three times, passed from my grandfather, to my father and now to me so its kinda special to me. How sad I know, shes due another rebuild shortly (I did the last one when I was 16 for my father as a summer project, ten years ago!), but my word shes taken some abuse over the years.

Plan to rebuild it and paint the metal LQW, with a chequed metal floor and new wood sides in a black varnish. Oh and a set of MG wheel trims if i can find them LMAO.

Show us yours!

Is that your counting rack at the front. Don´t ever take it to scandinavia as you would be stopped in the first 100 meters No mudguards, dangerous for other road users

Smile Have you pulled lately? Horse box, Chris in typing, aeroplane etc.?

Off to North Wales on Saturday for a (likely wet) week with the new (5 years old) car and the new (10 years old) trailer tent. Look out everybody! Need lots of practice reversing. Out trying at 06.00 this morning. Anyone got an airfield I could borrow?

How about showing us all what you’ve pulled?

Here's our trailer, many a happy holiday plus the mighty tourer dosen't even know it there

Pics taken as I was fitting the nose locker, will remove it and spray it black soon

The VW graphics suit the teardrops main tow car, a lowered mk2 Golf in red. No where near as comfy as the 75 but the combo always goes down a storm at shows

Thanks Hattman. A little jem.
A colleague of mine has been looking for something to provide her and her 10 y/o daughter (a potential future tennis star) with somewhere to sleep at games the girl competes in all over the UK. Mum didn't fancy towing a caravan, but I can't see anyone having qualms about one of these cuties. I think she'll be very interested. In case anyone else is, there's a variety of micro caravans here:

Hi MacGyver

That's called the Sleeper 1 and comes in kit form for about £1300 or assembled for a few hundred more. See the link in my previous post.

Cheers
