Default Urgent help needed please

My front drivers side window cable had broken, so I bought a replacement of fleabay.
On removing the old one I have found that the seller has sent the passenger side
Can I swap the cable and motor assembly off the passenger one and fit it to the drivers side rails?
It's going to rain soon so please help

Thanks
Gary

Well it's done now.
Swapped the cables to the drivers assembly ( with a bit of messing about as the motors are handed). All works well now.
Chrissyboy. I am waiting for a reply from the seller, and he should have the right one as thats what he was supposed to send me. The problem I had was, it's Sunday and my car was without a window and I didn't fancy driving around with the window in propped up with wood.

Now to do the handbrake mod.

Thanks
Gary

I got a reply from the seller today, and happy to say that they are very sorry for the mix-up and are sending the correct one free of charge. Also I am to keep hold of the
passenger side one that I have been sent (good job really, as I have used the cables to assemble the broken drivers side already).
Nice to see that there are still some good people out there on fleabay.
