If you can spare the time off the road (or if you have a spare set of wheels !) you might consider removing the tyres and refurbing the insides of the rims .I had to do this on our 416 because I had slow air leaks on two wheels due to corrosion where the tyre seats
A friendly tyre fitter whipped the tyres off for a small consideration so I could get at the inside rims . The corrosion looked bad , but actually required no more than hand sanding then coating with several brush coats of Halfords high-build grey primer , sanding between coats . A very smooth finish was obtained and left for two days to harden off before spraying with some silver wheel paint . The outer face was refurbed whilst the tyres were off , then the same friendly fitter popped them back on for another small consideration . Result ; been on for about 4 months so far and not had to put any air in them
