Default MG ZT-T - Biomorphic Green (inc reg. MG51 ZTT)

Rare opportunity to acquire a Monogram ZT-T with a great matching registration.

Due to a change in circumstances, I'm parting company with my stunning Biomorphic Green ZT-T 190+ 2.5 V6. Paint Code IAF, Trim WSL - Black Half Leather with Green "kidneys". (The sale will include the registration no. MG51 ZTT

Registered on 3rd April 2002 as BX02 OTG to MG Rover’s Management Fleet. In December 2003, it was sold to it's second owner who kept the vehicle for 5 years. In 2008 at 65k miles, it spent a brief 3 months with an owner in Skipton, before being sold to an Essex couple who kept her until January 2011.

I bought her in February 2011 with 79k miles, and retro fitted with genuine parts; Xenon Headlights, Roof Rails and Chrome Mirror caps plus total refurbishment of all 18” “straight” alloy wheels to factory standard.

A major service has been carried out by a K-Series specialist which included the Cambelt change, power VIS motor replacement, new Resistor kit and breather hoses, the teardrop joint being replaced in the Gearbox and this was all not cheap but will see the car through ten of thousands more miles. It was originally planned to keep this car for my "everyday" for at least 2 years, so I had all the bits and pieces sorted. Paintwork is very good with just a couple of touch ups needed on the bumper and a couple of minor car park scratches.

Interior is very clean, and has new MG mats. 2 x new Rear Tyres in May 2011.

Tax is end Aug. 2011, and MOT due in 2 weeks (will put 12 months on for new owner).

This is not a distressed sale, nor am I desperate to take any offer, but would like a fellow enthusiast to make a sensible offer in the region of £4,500, which is excellent value for a fully serviced and mechanically sound car plus the registration number. No work to be done on it, just drive and enjoy!

I'm not willing to sell the registration plate separately, so lets not waste time asking please! Cheers. Ian

Could have sworn I saw this car on ebay last year :? Must have been another biomorphic 190 estate, but the reg seems familiar too.
Ah nevermind, it was Alex's. Gorgeous colour, glws

Good luck with the sale. What is the current mileage and direct link photos would be good especially if you are asking top money.

Default re. MG ZT-T - Biomorphic Green (inc reg. MG51 ZTT)

Mileage is a touch under 84k, and the registration was, if I recall correctly on retention for some 9 years before being purchased by myself.

To the best of my knowledge, this vehicle has not appeared previously on eBay in recent times...but happy to be corrected.

ps. As for "top money", something is only valued at what someone is willing to pay for it, but given the 3 offers that I had for the "plate only" at ZedTen yesterday, and the car needing no mechanicals, condition etc, I feel its very reasonable, but hey...

Thumbs up

That's one beautiful motor. I saw it at MG Saloon Day and it passed me when I was in my 75 outside work (on Stretford Road, in Trafford) just last week.

Shame you're selling, but good luck with it.

Default MG ZT-T - Biomorphic Green (inc reg. MG51 ZTT) - No longer for Sale.... ;-)

Thanks to everyone who contacted me, and the members who came to look and the few who made offers on my MG ZT-T. But in the end, nobody wanted both the car and reg together, so... I've been persuaded, and now circumstances allow to keep the car, and hold the reg on retention with a first refusal on sale pending soon I hope and 2 offers in the wings as back up! (Cheers guys for being understanding).

She has been re-registered to her original BX02 plate, and have upgraded the seats to make it a bit more comfortable on long drives. Thanks Lewis for doing a great deal on Alcantara's!

Now as she has the HK system, all thats left is to choose an appropriate system for my music, that allows for iphone use and handsfree etc... thoughts anyone?

Cheers, and pleased to be remaining an owner/member! Ian
