I know what some people do, and Im not saying this is the case here, but what they do is advertise certain goods knowing they can get them, then advertise before they have the goods, get a buyer, recieve payment, take their cut, then try and get the goods, are then let down by original seller, or goods faulty, then find themselves between a rock and s hard place!!!. Nkt good practise.... Capeesh?

Dropshipping from with a reputable, well stocked supplier is painful enough, let alone with secondhand 1-only items... I don't think anyone could make that work for an extended period of time.

..... but it happens. I've known people who do it, and it's happened to me.

Default These were gathering dust......

Hi guys....thank you for that link Jakg
I've already emailed the seller on those.

Hmmm well the original story on these is that they had been replaced for a set of Xenon's and were just gathering dust in a shed/garage.

It's the fact I have never been given the tracking information...and its all been done by text and pm messages.

If things had gone this wrong I would have phoned the person up and said sorry.

Wedding is next weekend so must focus on that.

When I pushed the seller on what was going on ...this is the text I received;
"I've posted the paperwork(courier claim form) to your work, no major rush to sort it as we have 60 days to claim"

Is it me??

Or do I get the "I don't really care now" attitude.

I haven't had a single personal call from the member since the start and failure of this purchase.

I admit I've very nearly got 3/4 of my money back (Minus one paypal charge)

When and if this ever gets sorted , I'll let you know.

You need to do a Paypal charge back for 'item not received'. Lost in the post is the seller's responsibility, not up to you to go chasing around after it!

But if the buyer in good faith sent payment as a gift as is common place then I don't believe theres any way to work around it.

Default No courier claim form paperwork

Back to work after my wedding....apparently the courier claim forms were sent to my work place on 21st May 2011.

Thats plenty time for them to turn up!!!!

To put it nicely I think I'm being fed a load of porkie pie's.
I'm still owed money too.

Seller's responsibility to make a claim not the buyer's...
