Should I be worried?
I've been debating wether to put this up here........
Just before the bank holiday I bought (through paypal) a set of Mk1 Projector headlamps from a member on here. I was told it was picked up by a courier firm with a 3-5 day guaranteed delivery time. Well its about 2 weeks now...if not more. As time has gone by the parcel has not arrived. I contacted the member and was told he would contact the company and chase things up. By pm on here he offered me a full refund if it turned out to be lost. I was later told the courier company were due to call me. which didn't happen. Whats also worrying is that he said he couldn't send me a copy of the courier invoice as it didn't allow him to copy it and that when he tried the tracking number it didn't show up. However when I pm'd and asked for the delivery reference and tracking number, so I could call the company,I've got no reply. Thats 2 days ago now..... I hate all this. Paul |

If he is as good as his word, then I'd say with your lack of tracking information and the passage of 2 weeks I'd give him maybe 3-4 days to come up with the goods & if no go then request a full refund.
The contract for carriage is his as I guess he organised it and he should put pressure on the courier and inform you of his progress. |

Send him another pm asking for the tracking number or a full refund ,if he can supply the number, the goods can easily be traced .I was a courier and 2 weeks is a long time for it to be missing so I would say it is probably lost or wasn't sent in the first place

put in a Paypal claim, i never mess about with these things, you only have a set amount of time (45 days i think) if he's genuine he will supply Paypal and yourself all the info you need and refund ASAP. If you paid via Credit Card they are also liable, and can issue a charge back too. I always pay stuff of value via credit card and Paypal as you have double the protection.

Gutted
Sadly it doesn't look good for the set of Mk1 projector headlamps I bought from a fellow member. (Last promised delivery time was 10am this Monday).
I think I paid for the headlights around the 24th April and the parcel still hasn't shown up. Getting 101 reasons from the seller and have been offered 3/4 of my money back. Got 1/2 back into my paypal account already. I'm getting married on the 28th of this month...I really don't need all this ****. All I wanted was the headlamps. |

Hope it all works out for you, doesn't sound like the sort of fellow member we hope for does it?

For the time being, that will remain off forums, whilst the OP is in negotiation.
