re: brooklands, it might be worth clarifying whether one would need to pay to get in, or whether one has the option of paying to get in after one has met...

It was about £8 for adults and £6. for OAP and children but I can assure you it is worth every penny I think if we had a meet there it would be something like all the NATIONAL MEETSthat we have had in the past moneys would be collected before hand

Hi all, first we will have to fix a date so we can get back to Brooklands and get that date or a date as near as possible. I think early April on a Sunday, this will give us as much time as possible to get the message of the meet across and get as many as possible to attend. As a static display I think they will corden of part of the car park for us. Please lets get a date so I can get back to them a.s.a.p. once we book it we can push the occation.

OK the 5th April is a no!no!.. Lets get the month then March or April (no the 5th). March 1st - 8th - 15th - 22 - 29th or April 12th - 19th or 26th

15th March seems like a gooder date as any, then that gives us the National Meeting to look forward to

Note that the dates we are working with for the national club meet are around beginning to mid April. We hope to be able to confirm any bookings asap.
