Default A meet at Eversley Cross

After our first meet at Eversley was so successful I am wondering how members would feel about do the same every two months just what are your thoughts and dates this is just a feeler so will be looking forward to replys

Thanks, Derek, so it's just about 2 hours from Dover. If there will be a meet on a (more or less) regular basis, maybe I'll drop in some time next spring (even if there's no raffle ).

Personally, I think one southeast meet every 3 or 4 months plus the National meet is enough. The Frog and Wicket was an ideal venue especially if they can do coffee and bacon butties to start and live music in the afternoon.

Default Next Meet

Ok I voted January and everybody else voted February so I'll go along with that.
The Frog and Wicket was a good venue plenty of parking and the food was good (and very reasonable, Thanks again to my sponsors) but if this is to be a regular meet it may be an idea to choose a venue with the best access for all the interested parties, maybe we should define the catchment area before deciding the venue, or am I am getting too technical.

Its Friday night I really should be out drinking.

Why not choose a different venue for each meet (or from time to time)? That's what I would suggest.

If I am off shift I would give it a go again, and some nice pubs/food/good car parks around here.Some allready hold meetings for other car/motorbike clubs too.P.
