Maybe I have misunderstood but it mentions the need for one front indicator but doesn't state that there can't be more than one?

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE

Random question Peter, do you know of any sources for a 2.5" bi-xenon unit that is not H1 fitting?

I'd like to find one in D2S, but I can only find 3" in those, and they won't fit the main beam.
None Ian, I have looked however at converting the D2s to H1 ...

The 6000k H1's are a colour match for 6000k D2s's though...

It's not the colour match, it's for LED mains

I've got some 4th gen H1 LEDs at the moment, which fit the H1 fitment with a bit of judicious dremel work, but they are not quite as bright as HIDs.

The 5th gen LEDs are much brighter, but are not available in H1 (they're too big to even contemplate drilling out the H1 fitting)

I suppose I'll just keep searching.........

Ordered a 2nd hand hub to replace the one with a snapped bolt on the new ZT.
Oh the joys... `

I noticed that too, I noticed that also. One indicator? Maybe I have missed it(and I most likely have lol), it doesnt mention per side of the vehicle either, just one. lol

The only part I can see, where there is a hint of a per side suggestion, is there must be a minimum separation of 500mm on vehicles wider than 1500mm. So you could have one indicator on, say the left of the car, and the other in your house! lol

Those lights will look great. The only concern I would have is further down, mentioned in the approval markings (section 5 (a) ).

That's the bit that put me off doing the same...

If that's going to be an issue to the safety gone crazy police (honestly why would having more than one indicator be an issue when they are primarily safety signals) then as far as I'm concerned as each headlight is a sealed case it can be argued (whether technically correct or not) that it's a single indicator unit and I'll just disconnect the ones on my bumper.

Tested and checked ok...

https://youtu.be/lZMnmNDu-Rc

Wiring = 1 piggy back fuse in the EBFB and 1 flying blue lead each side to the + side of the indicator

The main beam projector is as my standard cat's eye, comes on with dipped beam, divert flap opens for main beam flash, you get main beam brightness without the dazzle until you flash the mains.
Main beam flash with lights off is full power with flap open (55W)
