MTF 94.
Car lube used to do it, as well as others.

Or there’s this stuff, that I don’t know anything about, other than it states MTF 94.

Thanks for the Link, Brian! How much oil is needed for an oil change on a manual gearbox(diesel)?

I don't have any noticeable problems with my gearbox, but then again, I have no idea if the oil has ever been changed! I am guessing that changing it might be a good idea?

Manual transmission oil change from dry is 1.6 litres drain & refill is 1.4 litres, remember make sure you can undo the filler nut first before draining other wise if you can not and drain out the oil you will be in a world of pain if the filler nut/screw will not come out.

It used to be --fill to the bottom of the filler hole.---

Not so, I guess, with the R75 box.

I just topped mine up to the fill hole after changing the clutch - as every other car. Only needed 100ml or so.
